Dr. Anton Kushnaryov received his BS degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, followed by a 2-year post-
baccalaureate program in medical studies at the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. He then attended medical
school at the University of Minnesota Medical School - Twin Cities. After a general surgery internship, he completed
his residency, training in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, at the University of California, San Diego. While in
residency he was a research fellow at the UC San Diego Cartilage Tissue Engineering Lab, and has a variety of
publications to his name. Following residency, he practiced in Northern California, before returning to San Diego. Dr.
Kushnaryov is a board-certified general Otolaryngologist who treats the full spectrum of otolaryngologic conditions,
with a particular interest in; head and neck cancer, skin cancer excision, reconstruction, thyroid, parotid,
laryngeal, and sinus surgery. Outside of medical practice, he enjoys oil painting, cooking, the beach, and spending
time with his wife and children.
